Graphitized Petroleum Coke GPC is made from high-quality petroleum coke under a temperature of 2500- 3500℃. It is widely used as the best kind of recarburizer for producing high-quality steel, special steel, or other related metallurgical industries, Its advantage is its high fixed carbon content, low sulfur content, and high absorb rate.
As a high purity carbon material, it has characteristics of high fixed carbon content, low sulfur, low ash, low porosity, etc. It can be used as carbon to produce high-quality steel, cast iron, and alloy. It can also be used in plastic and rubber as an additive.
The characteristics of high-quality carburetors include:
1. Moderate particle size, high porosity, and fast absorption rate.
2. The chemical composition is pure, with high carbon, low sulfur, minimal harmful components, and high absorption rate.
3. The graphite crystal structure of the product is good, improving the nucleation ability of the original iron liquid. Increase the number of graphite balls in ductile iron during incubation, and add graphite crystal nuclei in electric furnace molten iron. Refine and evenly distribute graphite in castings.
